I have had the same problems as everyone else, that is not being able to use all the ink in the pen. Fear not I have a sure fire way to fix any gel pen that just won't write. I'll take some pictures of how to fix this and post it on my blog. I know for sure that you will like it. I made a presentation to a bunch of Stampin' Up demonstrators at one of their meetings they invited me to. In the end they were all amazed at how I fixed a problematic gel pen at the meeting.
