In My Spare Time – Color Pencil Art – Zindorf Swan Lake
UPDATE: THIS DRAWING HAS SOLD.
It is my New Year Resolution for 2010 to draw each week in my spare time. I use to draw and do pastel paintings all the time, but a thing called Rubber Stamping came into my life and kinda took over, lol. I bet a few of you out there know what I mean.
I finished this 8.5″ x 11.5″ colored pencil drawing this afternoon and thought I would share it with you. I know this is not stamp related, but here it is anyway. Bare with me.
My plan is to put my drawings/paintings, as I complete them, up for sale on my sale page. Here is a link to the sales page if you are interest in some original art: http://zindorf.blogs.splitcoaststampers.com/things-for-sale/
Until my next post. . . . .
Be happy!
Hugs,
Michelle

You are so super talelnted. This is amazing. TFS.
Wow Michelle, ever thought of designing stamps yourself? That would combine the drawing and the rubber stamping….. Love your drawing!
I love country scenes and this is just beautiful. You are so gifted. “Now what color pencils did you use”??
just joking.
This is stunning and I know exactly what you mean and hope to get back to doing more drawing and painting myself in the coming year. I love your use of green.
AWESOME!!! Speachless! I already own a Zindorf original that I won last year but I can ALWAYS make room for more. Can’t wait to see more of your drawings. I do not have a talent in that regard so I do appreciate those that do!
No wonder your cards are sooo amazing – you have a true artist’s eye and your talent is AMAZING!
xXx

Oh, you are multi-talented, lucky lucky! Beautiful work! Thanks so much for sharing
Beautiful! I was so excited to see this! I loved looking at your original art that you used to have a link for at the top of your blog. So happy to see that you are making time for this in your life again, and that you’ll be sharing these drawings and paintings with us
Oh how beautiful. A lovely peaceful scene.
Absolutely GORGEOUS! Your talent knows no bounds! I hope you’ll keep your resolution & share w/us more of your pencil art!
This is AWESOME!!!!
This is fabulous! You told me at class that you are often inspired by artwork. We should all be inspired by your pencil/pastel creations as much as your ink creations! Thanks for sharing these and I look forward to future postings (maybe I should pick up the ol’ paint brush more often too!).
you have spare time??? how is that even possible.
BEAUTIFUL work no wonder you can create such beautiful cards
This is fabulous! You are so incredibly talented and such an inspiration!
Another outstanding scene Michelle! I have been considering taking classes to learn how to use my Prismacolor Pencils better…… I know the Pencils only do what the artist directs them to………. Your scene is just so pretty! Thanks for sharing your incredible talent- this would look nice in a book too!
Gorgeous work! I love the swans. (I’m always a bird person.) Thanks for sharing another talent you have.
