In My Spare Time – Color Pencil Art – Zindorf Swan Lake

UPDATE:  THIS DRAWING HAS SOLD.

It is my New Year Resolution for 2010 to draw each week in my spare time.  I use to draw and do pastel paintings all the time, but a thing called Rubber Stamping came into my life and kinda took over, lol.    I bet a few of you out there know what I mean.  :)

I finished this 8.5″ x 11.5″  colored pencil drawing this afternoon and thought I would share it with you.  I know this is not stamp related, but here it is anyway.  Bare with me.  :)

My plan is to put my drawings/paintings, as I complete them, up for sale on my sale page.  Here is a link to the sales page if you are interest in some original art:  http://zindorf.blogs.splitcoaststampers.com/things-for-sale/

Until my next post. . . .  .

Be happy!

Hugs,

Michelle

  13. This is fabulous! You told me at class that you are often inspired by artwork. We should all be inspired by your pencil/pastel creations as much as your ink creations! Thanks for sharing these and I look forward to future postings (maybe I should pick up the ol’ paint brush more often too!).

Another outstanding scene Michelle! I have been considering taking classes to learn how to use my Prismacolor Pencils better…… I know the Pencils only do what the artist directs them to………. Your scene is just so pretty! Thanks for sharing your incredible talent- this would look nice in a book too!
