Card Stock: Stampin’ Up! Whisper White, Old Olive, Pool Party and Always Artichoke

Are you getting inspiration from this blog?   One way you can help support it is to order your Stampin’ Up products through me.   Click HERE to place an order and have your order delivered directly to your door step from Stampin’ Up!

Started with a 3.5″ square piece of Whisper White card stock.  Lightly dragged the So Saffron ink pad across the card stock (direct to Paper).

Lightly Dragged the Pool Party ink pad across the card stock.

Masked the water portion with a Post it Note just leaving 1/8″ of the water showing above the post it note.  Sponged Baja Breeze ink to create a hill.   Sponged Marina Mist ink at the bottom of the hill shape.

Removed the post it note mask and sponged Old Olive ink at the bottom of the card stock.

Stamped the flower silhouette stamp using Basic Black ink.   Sponged Basic Black ink at the very bottom of the card stock.

Embossed a 3.5″ x 5.5″ piece of Old Olive card stock using the Argyle Embossing Folder and Big Shot Machine.   Punched a 1 3/8″ Pool Party square and cut it in half.

Added a 4.25″ x 5.5″ Pool Party card base, a 3.75″ square panel of Always Artichoke card stock.  Put the corners under the main image/Artichoke panel.

Here is the finished card measuring 4.25″ x 5.5″.

  2. This REALLY IS a FABULOUS CARD!!!!!!!! You did SO LITTLE to it & it’s FABULOUS!!!!!! (I tend to get carried away & don’t know WHEN to STOP! LOL) AND it’s got the organized look of a typical card maker yet, it ALSO has an artistic flair! I LOVE IT!!!!!! :)

  17. SUCH a beautiful, serene card. I have now made 8 cards inspired by this one, only I didn’t have the Serene Silhouettes stamp set, so I used the pine tree from Lovely as a Tree. And I mounted it a bit differently, but it is such a gorgeous landscape background! Thank you for the inspiration!! I gave out 3 of them today and people ooh’ed and ahh’ed. :) You rock!

  18. Beautiful Card!!! I love it!

Thanks Michelle for coming to Northern Ca ( Sacramento) and showing us your style. Have a safe trip home and eat one of those eggs. Lol
