All About Green Monochromatic – Stampin’ Up! Card

I’m hanging out in my craft room today and trying something different.  Thought I would give a monochromatic card a try.

You can really get some stunning results playing with different tones of the same color and it always seems pleasing to the eye.  I hope this inspires you to give it a try.

White Flower – Stampin’ Up! Card

Hello there,

I got a girlie card for you today.  A bow, butterfly and flower, you can’t get much more feminine than that, unless you add a bit of bling.  I’m not much of a bling girl myself so, no bling today.

This is a good card to have around without a sentiment stamped in it.  It could be used for a thank you, sympathy, wedding, birthday or just for a note.

Hello There,
Is it Spring yet?   It’s been such a long Winter.  Someone please tell me it will end soon, lol.  Actually, I really shouldn’t wish for time to go faster.  I want to be on this incredible ride, we call life, for as long as I can be.
I can get that Spring feeling another way by creating a card with a Spring feel, like I did this morning.  Blossoming trees, gotta love them.
I created the background with the help of a bit of plastic wrap.  🙂

I hope you are having a terrific weekend.  I took a couple of days off from blogging to clear my head and morn for my Lucas.  But, I am back and ready to create, create, create.

Farewell Precious Lucas

Russ and I had to say farewell to our precious Lucas.  He passed this morning at the age of 12.  Such a gentle giant that will not be forgotten.

Sorry for my blog absence, but my heart is broken.  I’m going to go cry some more.
